Will of Daniel Flanagan, Russell County, KY, August 3, 1865
I transcribed this from the photocopy I have. I have attempted to keep
spelling, capitalization, etc. as in the original. There were a few spots
where I wasn't sure of the word, indicated by question marks.

In the name of god amen I Daniel Flanagan of Russell County and State of
Kentucky being of sound Sense(?) and memory yet calling to mind the
mortality of body knowing it is appointed for all men to die I do make and
ordain this my last will and Testament Disallowing all other ??? wills
whatsoever first I give bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Flanagan all my land
horses cattle hogs Sheep Household and Kitchen furniture and Cash ??? during
her lifetime or widowhood and after her Desease the remainder of my Estate
if any to be equally divided between my heirs In witness whereof I give my

The foregoing paper purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Daniel
Flanagan decd was this 16 day of Septr 1867 produced in open court and fully
proven by the oath of William G. Hill and William Nelson two of the
Subscribing witnesses whereto to be the act and deed of said Daniel Flanagan
It is was ordered that said paper be established and recorded as the true
last Will and testament of Said Daniel Flanagan decd.
