Will of Parkey J. Flanagan, Russell County, KY, Sept. 26, 1905
I transcribed this from the photocopy I have. I have attempted to keep spelling, capitalization, etc. as in the original. There were a few spots where I wasn't sure of the word, indicated by question marks.

Wesley, Ky. Sept. 26th 1905
I Parkey J. Flanagan being of sound and disposing memory do hereby make my last will
1st I will that after my natural death, that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate,
2nd I will that my husband Ira Flanagan have all the balance of my estate both personal & real during his natural life and at his death I will my part one undivided fourth of the bottom place known as the Alexander Wooleridge place as follows (Viz) I will the upper end of said place to Etta M. George and I will the lower end of said place to Millia A. Dunbar during her natural life and at her death I will it to her two Daughters Arella D. Dunbar and Leler J. Dunbar but if either Arella D. Dunbar or Leler J. Dunbar should die without heirs I will that the other one have both shares, and if both should die without children then I will it to my nearest relatives. The farm to be divided as near equal as can conveniently be done, I will that all the balance of personally that may be on hands at my husbands death be equally divided among Millie A. Dunbar an John M. Flanagan & Etta M. George.

I L.G. Bernard Clerk of the Russell County Court, hereby certify that the 
foregoing instrument of writing was at the November Term 1920 of the Russell 
County, produced in court and offered for probate and record, as the last 
will and testament of P.J. Flanagan, Deceased, and upon proof heard the same 
was adjudged to be the true last will and testament of the said P.J. 
Flanagan Deceased and ordered to be recorded as such, whereupon the same 
with this certificate have been duly recorded in my office. Witness my hand
